I think I already know the answer, but: is there a way to update a parameter value from the 3D script?

I am running some reasonably complex loops to achieve my end goal, and am using a counter to count placed elements (in this case, seats). Is the only way to update a parameter to duplicate this looping within the Master or Parameter script?

      Cheers

Parameters can only be updated from parameter script (or the master script when it is running as paramscript). In a situation like this, the less painful solution is to put the calculations to the master – if you can’t avoid to store the number of seats in a parameter.
