Movement surface 1

Hello,

I have created a simple movement surface (square of polylines).
Now I want to define two things.

First, the size of the area should not be adjustable later (fixed variables).
And second, the object should be touchable at the contour lines.

Can anyone help me? I have no GDL experience.
