ParticipantDavid: boilers of varoius sizes accordin to attach. Differens kettle sizes byt more or less the same support structues on the sides. The kettle and the shower I will not dabble with but as an excercise I’d make the kettle, shower as dumb macro calls and the supoprts as smart ones (only differens thickness).

ParticipantHi Barry,
Thanks for a useful tip!
However the hotspots was ok after closing and the opening AC again. Beats me why.

ParticipantThis is my master piece (huge irony)
https://youtu.be/3MtsG13hSlMI used a GOSUB for the fills in 2D but need to change to a fill that allows me to control the outline colour.
The 3D is pure cheat in that sense I have three different “complete” geometries (GOSUB). I guess the holes in the slab can be done with a FOR … NEXT loop but that’s for later.
Thanks for all kind help?Next venture is UI.

ParticipantReally thank you! Works like charm. Now for the definition of B{5} to understand what’s going on.

ParticipantA symbolic pattern. Should be diagonal (45 degrees) to the object. I use a regular ANSI fill. Will try to figure out how to code it according to James’s tips. I just would like to see a code example to learn from.

Participantno worries, try this
Thx. Seems logical. Will try :).
I so miss simple code snippets like yours and others!

Participantor like this
I have it just like in your example but I want the user to choose a function (text) and then a pen color gets assigned to the fill. User choose “Door magnet” and the circle fill turns red. User choose “Door car reader” and the circle fill turns green and so on. I can’t do individual objects because there will be too many.
