    I’m discovering this puzzle now. I have my own window objects, and I want them to behave like the GS native window objects when MVO is set to “show opening only”. At the moment, if I have a native GS window next to one of mine, the GS window reverts to simple opening, and my object still shows my 2D line work. There must be some way to code this, right?

    Thanks, Barry. I finally worked through this problem. Turns out a reload isn’t enough! The most reliable, and quickest, way I found to get updated master_gdl user-global values to update was to open Library Manager, duplicate the existing master_gdl script, the delete the old one. After that 3d windows would reflect the new values right away. I had tried reloading first, and that wouldn’t do it, even with a manual rebuild-from-model action.

    Thanks, Gergely. I had assumed that would be my path, but I have to code it window by window. My fantasy was that there would be “SEO-off-for-this-object” switch that would let me solve the problem in a more global manner.
