MEP INLINE OBJECT WITH 3 CONNECTIONS INSTEAD OF 2

Hi there,

I would like to know if it was possible that a bespoke MEP inline object can have 3 MEP connections instead of 2 as specified by Graphisoft without causing havoc with ArchiCAD’s MEP tools?

The reason that I´m asking it, is that I have just encountered an object a damper that I must model, and this element beside having the typical connections (inlet – outlet), it have an option for an electronic micro-switch, and ofcourse it needs connections.

Hi everyone,

I just found out the answer, inline MEP objects are conceived to only have 2 connections only.

So the answer is, either you make it an equipment or ignore the third connection
