how to set a fill's display order

I have door object that I made a fill to cover slab lines where there is a threshold stone. This fill also seems to overlap part of the wall line and the automatic renovation filter demolished line.

Is there a way I can set the fill to be under the wall, but above a slab?

You can try to draw back the covered wall parts using WALLINE2 command. To get the attributes, the globals containing the necessary information are different in case of a simple wall (WALL_SECT_PEN, WALL_LINETYPE) or a composite wall (WALL_SKINS_PARAMS).
