New/changed global variables

Label globals:
these new globals can be used in label elements:

Morph globals:
these new globals can be used in markers for new shape elements:

  • MORPH_SECT_PEN
  • MORPH_VIEW_PEN

Project location and time globals:
These new globals tell about the location of the building.
The date value is for supporting sun calculations across the year.

  • GLOB_PROJECT_ALTITUDE
  • GLOB_PROJECT_DATE

Slab globals

  • SLAB_GROSS_TOP_SURF_WITH_HOLES

  • SLAB_GROSS_EDGE_SURF_WITH_HOLES
  • SLAB_GROSS_VOLUME_WITH_HOLES

New commands

The new TEXTBLOCK_ command can identify paragraphs identified by numerical IDs.

New request options

  • REQUEST (“Home_story_of_opening”, “”, index, story_name)
  • REQUEST (“program_info”, “”, name[, version[, keySerialNumber[, isCommercial]]])

Changes in the interpretation of GDL

ArchiCAD Data Folder location:
The default path of the ArchiCAD Data Folder which is used by the Text and Data GDL Add-Ons has changed.
The new paths are the following.
On Windows:
“C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD Data Folder\ArchiCAD 16\“
On Mac OS X:
“~/Library/Application Support/Graphisoft/ArchiCAD Data Folder/ArchiCAD 16/”
